Who We Are
CloudSurgard is a product of Peoplecall, a VoIP operator based in Spain. Founded in 1998, Peoplecall has extensive experience in interconnections worldwide, with an accumulated traffic of several billion minutes.
Part of the Peoplecall team consists of engineers who have launched successful alarm monitoring centers such as Securitas Direct, Alarmas 24, among others, with extensive experience in the security sector, especially in analog transmission alarms.
The idea arose from learning that in all countries worldwide, projects have been initiated to disconnect obsolete analog lines, causing problems for the installed base of analog alarms.
Furthermore, almost all manufacturers of analog receivers have discontinued their products, making it even more difficult to maintain an alarm signal reception service via analog lines.
Our mission is to leverage Peoplecall's robust telecommunications infrastructure and expertise to provide innovative and reliable solutions for the alarm monitoring industry.
CloudSurgard was launched in February 2020 and since then has been expanding the number of connected alarm monitoring stations and panels, reaching over 250,000 alarm panels in nine countries by July 2025.
CloudSurgard's traffic as of July 2025 is established at over 500,000 daily signals processed.
