Pricing Structure

CloudSurgard prices are set according to the number of alarm panels pointing to the receiver numbers registered in CloudSurgard.

  • Minimum Monthly Price €180
  • First 1,000 panels €0.30 / panel
  • Next 4,000 panels €0.25 / panel
  • Next 5,000 panels €0.20 / panel
  • Next 40,000 panels €0.15 / panel
  • Additional panels €0.10 / panel

Conditions

  • Active panels are counted as the number of origins (ANI) that have sent correctly decoded alarm calls in the last 9 months and are not on the rejection list (Blacklist).
  • Origins that make calls that do not result in decoding, for example a voice call, are not counted as panels.
  • Pricing related to number portability or phone number ownership is not included in this monthly price. That cost varies depending on the country and the specific numbers.
  • No extra cost for voice enabled analog panels (liste-in or two-way-voice

Pricing FAQs

Our pricing model is designed to be flexible. As the number of your active analog panels decreases, your monthly cost will adjust accordingly based on the pricing tiers. We only bill for active panels in the system.

Yes, the price per panel includes the cost of receiving the call from the panel. There are no separate or hidden charges for the telephone traffic generated by the alarms.

No, the cost for the end customer remains the same. Calls are made to the same standard geographical number in your country as before, so there are no special or premium charges for the panel's call.

Our pricing is based on the total number of unique panels, not the number of panel grouped by receiver lines. In this case, we would count a total of 3,000 panels, and the price would be calculated based on that total volume.
