Transferring Traffic to the Cloud

The CloudSurgard service is provided over the Internet, allowing us to distribute signals to any location globally.

However, there is a local requirement to transfer the analog traffic from alarm panels to the CloudSurgard cloud without interruptions, reliably, and without modifying the programmed numbers within the alarm panels.

To move the traffic to the cloud, we can proceed as follows:

VoIP Connections

If the local operator already delivers traffic via a SIP or H.323 connection, it is sufficient for the connection to be made to our network. This is the easiest and quickest method.

We have extensive experience in IP interconnections.

Number Portability

This involves porting the numbers programmed in the panels to an operator associated with us that operates in the country.

This intermediary operator routes the call to our network. We have contracts with multiple partners worldwide who can facilitate this process.

Once ported, the phone numbers remain the property of the Alarm Central; ownership is not transferred to any other company.

The timelines and requirements for this portability depend on the regulations of the country and the type of number being ported.

Pricing

Depending on the country and the chosen method of interconnection, costs may vary. CloudSurgard does not charge for call traffic but does pass on the costs of the necessary portability and numbering processes, if applicable.

Once the country and numbering are known, it is possible to provide a price.
